From 195 East or West, take the Gano Street exit.   From Gano street take a right onto Pitman Street. Follow it and take a left onto Weyland Ave., then take a right onto Seekonk Street. We are directly in back of Whole Foods Market (formerly known as the Bread and Circus Market) on the corner of Butler Street and Seekonk Street.

Warwick Office:
Warwick Medical Building, 400 Bald Hill Road, First Floor
From 95 South take left onto exit 11(Route 295 North).  Take exit 2 and

follow signs to Warwick Mall.  Warwick Medical Building is located in Warwick Mall parking lot.

From 95 North take Exit 12B.  Bear right and follow signs to Warwick Mall.

Warwick Medical Building is located in Warwick Mall parking lot.

Lincoln Office:
2 Wakerobin Drive
From 95 North to 146 (Lincoln/Woonsocket) take Lincoln Mall Exit, at end of the exit turn right onto Rte.116. At the next light take a left into Wendy's Plaza, the large building on the right is the Washington Trauma Center––2 Wakerobin Drive. Sign for Diabetes and Endocrinology will be on the first floor.
